We have served the Monroe/West Monroe community for 5+ years. We provide a core strength and conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. To put it another way, we will prepare you for just about any task life can throw at you.
That said… we welcome anyone interested in improving his/her fitness level, regardless of current ability, to come and join us in that pursuit. We do not cater to any one demographic and believe that CrossFit is for everyone!
We know that CrossFit can be intimidating. We encourage coming to the “box” with an open mind and a desire to work hard. The coach will ensure that you understand every aspect of the workout that you will perform that day, and make any modifications as needed based on your ability.
We also pride ourselves on offering a kid friendly environment. During your class time your child may go to our kids room where they can play or watch a movie. We feel this is a great asset because our children will grow up and do what we do.
